Technical Support Executive- Scientific equipment
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with a scientific background, to help support our range of scientific equipment in biology, chemistry, physics and material science laboratories worldwide.
As a key member of our customer-facing team you’ll be involved in a variety of different challenges, from handling customer support and logistical issues to being part of a proactive sales team and representing the company at international conferences and exhibitions. - Experience in a technical sales or customer service role, comfortable with dealing with customers by phone, email and face-to-face
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable communicating with customers and employees at every level.
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in either a science or engineering subject
- Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple tasks.
