Coolstar Cryopumps

The multi-drive capability of the Cryodrive compressor enables multiple cryopumps to be driven from a single compressor. Selection of suitable cryopump and compressor combinations is simplified by using the following index system. The cryopumps perform to full specification as long as the combined index for the cryopumps does not exceed the compressor index.
