Coolstar Compressors

Delivering compressed helium for the operation of Coolstar pumps (Cryo, water vapour and coldheads), the multi-drive capability of the Cryodrive® compressor enables up to four coldheads to be driven from a single compressor.

The capability for closed loop control of cooling power allows full integration into complex OEM systems. Coolstar Cryodrive Compressors are available in 2 sizes, these being 1.5kW and 3.0 kW.

Selection of suitable coldhead and compressor combinations is simplified by using the index system. The coldhead performs to full specification as long as the combined index for the coldheads does not exceed the compressor index
