Technical support and service in the Americas

Oxford Cryosystems is delighted to announce the launch of a new support and service center to serve all of our customers in North and South America and Canada. Based at the offices of Molecular Dimensions in Apopka, Florida, the center will be stocking pare parts and consumables for Cryostream, Cobra,  PheniX and HeliX. Oxford Cryosystems has chosen Molecular Dimensions to host the support center based on their excellent reputation for customer service and understanding of the crystallography market.

Customers contacting the Oxford Cryosystems support center will be able to get technical support, help with shipping and logistical issues and will also be able to purchase spare parts and consumables online or by phone for same day despatch.  The companies plan to increase the range of services offered by the Florida site over the coming year.
