Whilst Oxford Cryosystems’ products are known for their reliability and ease of use, users may occasionally require advice on technical aspects of their system. Oxford Cryosystems has always enjoyed an enviable reputation for technical support and today our 1700 + systems worldwide are supported by our efficient technical support team comprising Marion van de Waterbeemd (Product Support Coordinator), Doug Smith (Product Service Engineer) and Alan Hodgson (Production & Service Engineer). For any technical support enquiry, please tell us the serial number of your Cryostream, Cobra, DTC, HeliX or PheniX. This 3 or 4-digit number can be found engraved on the top of the coldhead. If your query relates to diaphragm pumps or dry air units, please also ensure that the corresponding coldhead serial number is included in your correspondence.
